Disabling AdBlue for Fords with the EDC17CP05 ECU

We'll correctly disable SCR in the firmware of Ford F150, F250, and F350 pickup trucks equipped with the Bosch EDC17CP05 ECU. We'll also disable the DPF and EGR.
